The first thing I need to say is to ignore all the negative reviews! I am sure there may have been the odd occasion of expectations not being met, but if you arrive with an open mind to 'the Italian way' of doing things, you will not be dissapointed. We travelled as a party of 7. A toddler of nearly... More

We first went to the Europa Palace two years ago to celebrate our Silver Wedding and had a wonderful time. We returned in June with two friends, hoping it would be just as good. We weren’t disappointed. The hotel is an old Italian Villa built on the top of the cliffs with fantastic views over the Bay of Naples. We... More

This is my first review on tripadvisor and I was prompted to write by some of the reviews regarding this hotel I read prior to travelling. My wife my 18 year old son and I stayed at the Europa Palace Grand Hotel in early July for 7 nights. Upon arrival we found the reception staff to be very helpful and... More

Ok, this is caveated by staying for cE80 for B&B for me and my partner but this hotel was way beyond that price for a notoriously expensive part of the world. We were in the Annex so clearly that price reflects our location, and our room was basic, but clean and did the job. The core of the hotel though... More

The reception staff were awful, we arrived at the hotel to find out they didn't have a room for us. We was disgusted when they said we have a sister hotel 15 mins away and merely pointed in a rough direction, not even giving us the hotel name! Eventually someone walked us to the hotel, which was inferior, no real... More

The family and I were on a holiday in Italy for a wedding, the Europa palace was the place for us, people have previously said that the food is terrible, but I don't know what your on about, the food is lovely. For breakfast you get a choice and for lunch and evening meals, there's a pool there for everyone,... More

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The location is very good with beautiful views of the Bay of Napoli. The service is very good. I ate lunch at the hotel and the fruitta di mare was very good. The swimming pool was salt water and was very refreshing and extremely large pool. Make sure you bring goggles. Some... More

We booked the biggest suit room to be able to accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Was huge with 65meters and a very spacious bathroom. We had a study desk area, 3 balconies , spa bath , safe and all the usual items expected. Shower somewhat small for the size of the bathroom. They didn't supply tea and coffee machine... More

No one can fault the location of this hotel and the views from the terraces. The hotel itself is good but not great, this is attributable to several factors - different standards of rooms, fairly unremarkable food and dated fixtures/fittings. We stayed in the annex, but were more fortunate as our room was quite large and had 3 Juliet balconies,... More

Gosh, people must be very confused by the trip advisor ratings! I will attempt to clarify after 3 visits here. Firstly this hotel is split level, hotel street level with additional rooms in adjacent building terrace area with hard low wood tables and chairs and parasols and plastic ones for serving light lunches and drinks, open to non residents. Level... More
