We stayed here for a quick trip to sorrento in July. The hotel is beautiful, very serene, quiet with stunning views of the bay of Naples. The pool is fabulous and private jetty to the beach if great too. Really lovely hotel and lovely stay. Will definitely come again if it's just the two of us.

Fantastic week in this hotel. Spotless, friendly staff, food was good, stunning views from the Hotel across the bay. Rooms were spacious. It was a long walk down the stairs to the sunbathing areas, but if you didn't feel like climbing stairs on return theres a lift available. (It holds 4 people maximum) had to wear a cap in the... The photos when you book this hotel are amazing. Please look at my photos to see what the quality of the room is really like. This has never seen a four star room. It was so disappointing as the location and pool area of this hotel was great. The Out side appearance of the hotel looks great also but don't... More

Excellent location as it's 2 mins walk to the central square. Beautiful view from the terrace. Plenty of available sun loungers on the private lido without having to pay extra for them and parasols etc, not too busy either. They have some strange rules for using the pool. I shave my head and have more hair on my chest, but... More

Hotel is very close to amenities 5 minutes walk & has stunning views across the bay. The pool was spotless as was the area around it, although a hat is required for everyone not told till we arrived (can be bought down at the pool). Our room was at the front very noisy & dated also the bathroom needed a... More

Our second visit to Sorrento- first time stayed next door to Europa Palace, so we booked with a certain amount of confidence. We upgraded to sea view for a modest sum (a surprise in itself) and it proved to be a master stroke. We were allocated one of seven terrace rooms and we loved it. A large terrace where all... More

Oh, where do I begin. First let me say that I don't often write negative reviews - please check my other reviews and you will see. When we are in vacation, we are pre-disposed to want to like our accommodations, and as its a vacation, we usually overlook minor inconveniences. The Europa Palace, unfortunately, is one of the worst hotels... More

This hotel is perfectly located on the cliffs of Sorrento, 5 mins from main Tasso square, 5 mins from the train/bus station, 15 minute walk to the port where you can take boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Service is excellent. Room was quite large and clean. Amazing expansive terraces where we... More

We visited the Europa Palace in June with friends. They had stayed before and had a fabulous holiday but they were quite worried , having recommended it this time around, after reading some of the negative reviews. There was no need! The hotel is an old Italian villa, with loads of charm and character. Ok, the bathrooms aren't state of... More
