I visited this hotel in late April 2015. This hotel has great views of the Bay of Naples (a room with a view is worth it!), but the best part about the hotel was its customer service. Friendly and helpful at check-in, generous in the hotel bar, attentive at breakfast, etc. On our last morning, the hotel staff went to... More

This hotel is situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view of Sorrento, and the bay. The staff is friendly/helpful and all speak English. The rooms are very clean, large, and both the beds and linens were nice, as well as the showers. The décor is great - updated and very modern. We stayed here for 5 nights,... More

We spent three nights and four days in Sorento, and the Hilton sorento Palace was a wonderful place. - Wonderful views of the whole area, breathtaking. - Amazing staff, friendly and helpful - Great facilities - including pools - Comfortable rooms, very clean Truly one of the best properties I have stayed at in years. The only downside (if you... More

Truly enjoyed our three night stay. Our room was upgraded to view of Baby of Naples and Vesuvius. While up from the main city center, it was a short 10 minute walk downhill to the center of everything. While the room was smallish, it was well laid out and the balcony had the amazing view. The staff was warm and... More

Very nice hotel situated on a hill overlooking Sorrento. Easy walk to town. Very helpful staff, large clean rooms. The hill may be daunting to some on the trip back up, if so there are cabs at the start of the hill that will take you up for $10. Great stay, would stay again.

Spent ten days at the Sorrento Hilton. The public areas are spacious, and comfortable. The average room is spartan, not even a comfortable chair. If swimming is your primary perquisite, you'll like it, however. There are great pools. The dining room is average with a very limited menu. The hotel is located about a mile uphill from the central area... More

Great location and accommodations! We booked this hotel on Hilton points and it exceeded our expectations. It was a short walk to town so we could visit the local restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the excellent seafood restaurants along the beach.

The Hilton Sorrento is a spacious, sprawling building on a small hill above Sorrento town. The building is quite old but updated. It's spacious with large rooms and plenty of space in the reception area and corridors. Its location has its pros and cons: it has a commanding view of the town, but involves a walk to and from town,... More

We stayed 5 nights. The first night it was very loud. From people in the hallways, big party going on. The floors have no carpet so noise is broadcast quite loudly. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator is 4 feet from our door. I would avoid these room if possible. We were upgraded to an executive room... More

Amazing view from our room (be sure to ask for it, not all rooms have the view) - utterly breathtaking. 5 minutes walk into gorgeous downtown Sorrento, with beautiful shops and people and a short ferry to Capri. Great staff, great hotel, great city- definitely go!
