This lovely little hotel is located right in the heart of Sorrento, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. I stayed for 4 nights and from arrival to departure everything was perfect. The staff are very genuine and welcoming and were happy to explain the location and details regarding local buses and where to find everything. The continental... More

This delightful hotel is in a superb location right in the heart of Sorrento. Our modern room was immaculate and both the bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Good continental breakfast and great Cappucino! The staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful and polite. It was the ideal place to stay on our visit to Sorrento. Thank you .

You couldn't ask for a better placed hotel in Sorrento. This is really in the best location in town near the station, restaurants and a supermarket. The breakfast is plentiful and the kitchen staff make a good espresso. Also the TV had lots of channels so that was good (it rained every day while we were there!) However, that's where... More

Modern, sleek, hip and spacious suites that are reasonably priced and centrally located in Sorrento. We were housed in the room number 1 and it was exceptional. For two, it is almost too much space as you'll even have a couch to lounge on and a queen size bed. The sheets and bedding themselves were spotless and comfortable. You'll have... More

My wife and I were initially booked in for a week in the end we stayed for two weeks. We were late on arrival at the hotel (10pm). The security person took us away from the hotel to be lead out to another building just off Tasso Square. The room was 'rustic' and had charm however, it was not what... More

Arrived at reception which was in a modern building and very up market. Only to be taken to another building which was close by, which appeared to be run down .The room was such a let down! It was dark and dismal, the navy blue curtains did not close unless you put a chair against them, the 'chandelier' had 5... More

Dear Peter, We are sorry for to read your review. You get the apartment beacuse it was what you booked through your agency. The rooms in Palazzo Abagnale are totally different, it is true, but you did not book it. We did not change any rooms to other guests beacause all the guests always receive the rooms booked. We stayed here for one night as part of our Rome - Amalfi Coast road trip, We were supposed to stay at Sorrento Relais but when we phoned ahead to say we were running 10 minutes late for the check in time, the gentleman (Pascal) told us he had over booked so gave us an upgrade to this hotel for... First visit to Sorrento and stayed at the Palazzo. So close to Tasso Square - great staff, breakfast - made us very welcome. Our room was the attic which although large would be cold in Winter. Highly recommend for a short stay. Wifi/Satellite TV great. Only too happy to suggest places. We stumbled upon Meta beach and Rocky Coves just... More

Just got back from Sorrento and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Just off Tasso square and 5 mins walk from train & bus station (trains to Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum every 30 mins). Plus 10 min walk to port for boats to Naples, Capri and Amalfi. Comfortable bed, Sky TV and plenty of room. Lots of coat... More
