Very pleasant atmosphere with a hotel in a central position. Stayed 4 nights on 3 floor beside breakfast room. Breakfast was with fruit cereal eggs and cold and hot drinks. All queries answered with a pleasant disposition.

Yes it is possible to have a quiet hotel in Sorrento with only the odd Vespa passing! This hotel is in the old quarter & superbly placed for doing the sites. Family run and excellent service. First time I've been in Room 101 (its a british joke) and it was great 102 had a small balcony. Can be tricky to... More

Hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located to the center of town, beach, harbor, restaurants, and train station. Don't hesitate to stay here! I would come back!

In the heart of sorrento with many restaurants, bars and shops 2 minutes stroll away. we had a family room which was huge and expected to be sharing with the kids but it actually had another room with twin beds. we didnt really notice that it was noisy even though we stayed over easter and live at homw in the... First of all, let's get the one minor glitch out of the way: the hotel website states that all rooms have balconies - but they don't. The room allocated to me didn't have one. It's a minor quibble, but worth mentioning just in case someone else expects a balcony and gets the same room … But there is a roof... More

I loved the small size of this boutique hotel. There was so many interesting details to this hotel - glass circular stairs/floors; convenient elevator; windows that can be opened for fresh air; large bathroom [although since we were on the 3rd floor, the roof was slanted so we didn't have a stand up shower]. The rooms were clean and the... More

Just spent a wek at the Hotel Rovoli & it is areally great hotel. The location is fantastic, right in central Sorrento, just off cesaer, close to the station, bus and lots of good food. We had 5 fantastic meals without walking more tahn 100m from our hotel. The rooms are clean, it is very secure, has a room safe,... More

My husband I stayed 5 days in hotel Rivoli for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is situated off of Main Street, which was quiet at night, and 5 min walk from the train station. Our room wasn't big but spacious enough for two adults. A small attached balcony provided extra room to just sit outside and relax. Both the room... More

Arrived to check in and were told they gave our room away- forced us to take room down the street at a loud hotel on Main Street when we specifically booked here to be off Main Street/area- no excuse other than didn't see our booking we made 3+ weeks ago - their solution: Move us from TripAvisor score #35 hotel... Dear Customer, right now it is the moment to reply to this unbelievable review! When you came at the hotel Rivoli, we told and showed you that the reservation did not arrive, and it was not our responsibility. Although this, we apologized for the inconvenient and we provided you for a perfect accomodation in Sorrento, same location , same service,... More

Great Location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. AC blows cool but very mildly. Breakfast was plentiful. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone! We were on the 3rd floor so we were able to sleep with the balcony doors open on the cool nights. Loved that!
