The staff were delightful, the room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast on the terrace was simple but ample. The hotel is on a pedestrian walkway with just a few cars. Music on the street in the evenings. Great bars with patios for an aperitivo and a few fine restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Just 6 minutes to the waterfront... More

They gave me the worst room... But since it's the only one I know, of course i dont' recommend this place. If you can afford a most expensive room probably the quality improves. But I think that a room like that is not what you think you find in a place like that. Good luck!

We stayed here because we need to catch an early train! The hotel is average, well it is a three star. Can't expect much. Nevertheless, it locates in a main walking street where there are alot of shops around. It is around 10 mins walk to the train station. Even though I don't expect much because it is so cheap... More

Newly renovated, fairly modern. Clean inside. Nice little bar / lounge area. Right on the main corso. Hard to beat the location. Price is very reasonable. Rooms are small, but that is Italy. Perfect place to walk to old town and to the lungomare.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May, 2014. It's an easy walk from the Salerno train station, and as others have stated there is no sign out front. The lobby appears to have been newly renovated and has the look of a cute boutique hotel. Off the lobby is a computer station and lounge area. The front desk staff was... More

Stayed on a Saturday and found the noise from the promenade to be annoying. They like to party in Salerno, the streets cleared after 2AM. We both are heavy sleepers but the honking from the nearby cross street and the screams from drunken revelers would wake us occasionally. With that said the hotel staff was grand and the room was... The hotel is in a good location on the main shopping strip located in the newer part of Salerno's centre. It's easily accessible by foot from the train station however as others have stated previously there is no signage anywhere stating the name of the hotel which was frustrating when you're lugging your bags around by foot and can't find... Very hard to find although it is on the Corso due to the fact the hotel has no name anywhere on the doors nor any sign. We had to ask several times for its location and kept walking past it. But it is only a ten minute casual easy walk from the train station.. The hotel appears to be under... More

Cash (euro's) is king in Italy, Cashing Travelers checks difficult, use ATM's, notify your credit, bank card issuer where going before leaving or they may lock out... More

We arrived late on a sauna-hot night with insects dropping from the lights of the street - desperate, hot and exhausted after a gruelling trip. The first thing to hit us was the cool air conditioning and the very attractive entrance to the hotel. Upstairs things were comfortable but not overdone - but we had all the essentials - comfortable... More
