This is an older hotel, but they aparently keep renovating it. Our room faced the ped-mall and was quiet. Everything was clean and staff was friendy. Breakfast is Italian, so don't expect too much (I liked the pastry, though). There is a parking garage about 80 yards away where they charged us 14€ for one night.
