Right in the heart of Amalfi, a good spot to base your self to explore the area. A relatively basic hotel with a 3 star rating but the staff are friendly and helpful. In the evening head up to the terrace with a bottle of wine and watch the activity in the main piazza. Sure you can get better accommodation... More

This is an ideal little hotel for a short stay in Amalfi. It is right in the heart of the town and so within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Don't expect any frills, but the rooms are clean and comfortable albeit noisy at times due to the location. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, breakfast is modest... More

Very kind people. the highlight is certainly the terrace for breakfast . Location is perfect, central yet silent and everything readily accessible. Then of course Amalfi speaks for itself, it is such a dainty and romantic location.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the centre of Amalfi overlooking the main square. However this does make it noisy, our room was at the back, but it was still quite noisy and a lot of clocks / bells chiming. The hotel staff were helpful and there is free wi-fi in the lobby. The room was clean, but... More

My husband wasn't thrilled with this no-frills hotel but I wasn't overly disappointed. Rooms are definitely no-frill. Average beds, nothing special in terms of furnishings. The lobby is small and bare bones. Wifi access is limited to the lobby as well. Our room did have a stunning view of the Cathedral of St. Andrew and piazza outside. Many other places... More

The view to the Chiesa staircase was stunning, but the noise from the square was very loud. We stayed at 2nd floor. Nice breakfast room, but with a poor selection. Nice friendly staff, but the landlord was more busy watching le tour de France than taking care of business

Fabulous accomodations - in the heart of all the buzz - unexpectedly enjoyed the feast day celebration of st. anthony while we were there - i loved the ringing of the basilica bells - the breakfast on the roof top terrace was fabulous! wonderful cappuccino & croissants - some people are annoyed by the 'constant' ring of church bells but... This hotel is located in the heart of the Amalfi , opposite the Cathedral of St. Andrew. The hotel is located in a very old building, 14th century construction. The rooms are not very big, but very comfortable and clean, the service was every day, everything was done perfectly. Breakfast is modest but very tasty.Every morning I enjoyed a great... More

The view from the hotel is nice but if you are sensitive to noise I would not recommend sleeping here. The Church bell rings every 15 minutes and stops only from 22:00 to 7:00. We also heard noises from the street and the other rooms. It is very tough to sleep here. As we were not pleased at all with... More

We had a picture postcard view of the Cathedral from our room, with a tiny balcony with chairs and a large ensuite bathroom. The room was sparse but sufficient, and the adjoining bathroom was clean and modern, although much of the water from the shower ended up in a huge puddle on the floor. Reception was run by a family... More
