The view from Villa Rina is great, as is the food served each night. We were pleased the food was good as we would not have wanted to walk down and up the stairs again, particularly when dark. The villa's website really doesn't make clear just how many steps there are up to the property and that you need to... More

You can not beat the wonderful views from each of the bedrooms at Villa Rina. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was wonderful, but I do wonder where breakfast is eaten if it rains. We enjoyed our time there, however, you must be warned that the steps up to the villa can be quite exhausting. At first we were positive... More

My friend and I spent 10 nights at Villa Rina, which I now refer to as my 'second home.' We were welcomed by Rina herself with a big hug and fresh squeezed lemonade from her own lemon grove. The country house is incredibly beautiful- Rina saw to all the details herself, from the custom Italian made pottery dishes to the... More

My wife and I stayed at Villa Rina on our trip to the Amalfi Coast. One of the best ways to soak in the destination is to stay with the locals. Rina’s place has every bit of Amalfi flavour– the lemon orchards, views of dramatic cliffs, coastal scenery and of course freshly prepared meals. Villa Rina is easily accessible by... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon, earlier this month, and it was simply excellent! Signora Rina made us feel completely at home from the moment we set foot in her house, greeting us with freshly squeezed lemonade (from her own lemon groves no less!) which was well received after the epic climb up from... Our five day visit to the Amalfi Coast was the highlight of our month long trip in Europe. Although Villa Rina was located above the town, every step was worth it. The view from Rina's terrace was unbelievable. Rina was the greatest hostess. Her culinary abilities were Michelin quality. We dined in every night and each meal was prepared with... More

My stay at Villa Rina's was absolutely magical. The fresh lemons and fresh produce from her garden that she would prepare the meals with was absolutely delicious. The Villa was perfect for my family. Amazing food, breathtaking views, and Rina is lovely. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Rina's.

My wife and I recently visited the towns of the Amalfi Coast in October. Everyone who travels comes back home with fond memories. Ours was the town of Amalfi due in part to the time we spent at the Villa Rina. Yes, the walk up and down might seem long to some, but for us, it was a walk of... More

I want to preface this review by saying that I am 57 years old today. I stayed in Villa Rina on 20th of September 2013 for two days. To get to Villa Rina, you have to climb 269 steps, and yes they are steep. It takes 15 to 20 mins depending on your level of fitness. If you want a... More

After reading many glowing reviews I had looked forward to four days at Villa Rina. This was my 3rd trip to the Amalfi Coast and so was expecting the BEST..as the reviews state. It was a busy Saturday when we arrived and there were NO parking spaces or places to stop to park or drop off our bags. We called... More
