When we arrived, two hours early for the usual check-in, we were received by Mr. Michelle and a young lady that welcomed us very friendly, explaining all we needed to know about the hotel, the surroundings, the transportation, the town. The room is large enough and the balcony view is astonishing. The hotel to the left and the one to... More

We stayed there for 5 nights in may-june with my husband. Hotel was nice, clean, they served a good breakfast. Minuspoint is that it is situated 10-15 mins walk fron Amalfi center, and you have to walk through a road with pretty heavy traffic, and there are no sidewalks everywhere. There are also lot of steps. Bed was a little... More

Only stayed for one night lovely hotel on the hill over looking bay, tasteful decor, nice size rooms, bathrooms nice and big and clean. Our room had a small terrace but the view was beautiful. A little walk down to Amalfi about 5mins. Has wi-fi and parking. reasonably priced for Amalfi.

Husband and I spent a week at this lovely hotel! Nothing at all to fault – rooms were spotless and the balconies are a really good size with gorgeous views out to sea. There was plenty on offer at breakfast; cereal, pastries, jams and spreads, fruit, cold meats and bread. Plus proper tea bags! It’s about a 15 min walk... More

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Hotel Il Nido during the 3rd week in April, a wonderful time to visit. (Not as crowded and perfect temperatures.) We thoroughly enjoyed the accomadations (clean, comfortable and spacious) the amenities (tasty breakfast, free parking) the location (a bit uphill and away from the crowds of Amalfi Center) and most of all... We stayed for four nights at this hotel. Though quite basic, it was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. We stayed in the last week of March, Amalfi really doesn’t come to life till 1st April. Would have appreciated some hot food at breakfast, or at least some toast, and a snack during the day. There are no dining facilities... More

Three of us stayed in the Il Nido for 3 nights. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed at this hotel. All rooms overlook the ocean and have views over Amalfi. We were given a suite on the 3rd floor with a huge outdoor area. It was very relaxing. The hotel is clean, well appointed and staff are... More
