We spent 4 nights at this Hotel at the start of our Amalfi Coast walking holiday. What a perfect way to start our holiday. Hotel rooms were clean & comfortable & spacious. Location was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful. Each day there was a fabulous spread at breakfast time and it was wonderful being able to take your breakfast up... More

We booked into this hotel for two nights based on reviews here, and quickly asked to stay another night. Antonella was extremely helpful from the very start once we had booked, getting in touch with us and offering assistance with transfer from Naples airport. The room was the biggest one we had stayed in on our whole trip and it... More

We chose this hotel for its central location and positive reviews. The porter service was quick and easy from the ferry. We also appreciated the elevator and little market downstairs. But what sets this hotel apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere of all the people who work here. The owner spent much time showing us how to navigate the... More

We selected this hotel based on the positive reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. We did have a little trouble locating the hotel, as it is hidden up a small alleyway off the Main Street. But once we made it there, we were welcomed with a personalised introduction to the hotel and our room. The room was... More

We arrived by ferry and found the hotel easily with the directions provided and the signage. Breakfast was included and comprehensive, room adequate and overlooked the courtyard. Rooftop alfresco area was well appreciated for breakfast and evening relaxation over wine and nibbles. A free tour provided through the local council funded by the hotels was well worth it with local... More

This hotel is in the middle of the town. Very convenient but average. The thing we liked the most is the porter service which was very helpful for us in the mid 70's and late 60's. We called the hotel and the porter were there to pick up our luggage and us in 5 minutes. The cart looks like a... More

Amalfi is such a beautiful place and staying at L'Antico Convitto made it just perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff lovely and helpful, and always willing to help in any way. On arrival Gennaro organised for us and other hotel stayers to have a free guided tour of Amalfi and its history, which was amazing... More

We just had one night in Amalfi, which is the only thing we would change about the trip. It is a beautiful spot and the Amalfi coast is unbelievable - I have never seen anything like it. We arrived by bus from Sorrento which is an experience, though not one I would like to repeat that often! Windy road, packed... More

On first entering the Hotel Antico Convito in Amalfi, it doesn't seem that promising. The hotel is on the third floor of a shared building in an alley off the main shopping street of town. It smells a bit stale and looks a tad tired but...after an hour or two the property's great value and unbeatable location become apparent. Comfortable... More

Very convenient location, next to the Duomo and 3 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bus stop, beach and restaurants. They have a free luggage service to and from the ferry terminal and a lift in the building, which is a big boon (as opposed to having to drag up bags over a steep flight of stairs). Rooms are clean... More
