We very much enjoyed our 3 nights stay at charming Residenza del Duca. We arrived by bus, called the hotel and were picked up at the bus station within minutes by 2 friendly guys in a small car(t) who carried our luggage up (and down) the approx. 80 steps to the hotel. This service is free of charge (of course... More

This is a delightful, authentic, family-run hotel. Bathroom is modern and our room (Room 1) has views of the sea and the piazza below. Andrea welcomed us warmly and was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Napoli at short notice (due to a delayed flight) and a private transfer to Salerno at the end of... More

This is a lovely little place. Very authentic and the family are really helpful and friendly. They booked our airport transfer and arranged wonderful excursion to Pompeii and Herculaneum. The room was a good size and was cleaned and tidied daily. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We have just enjoyed an excellent stay in this small hotel. The family are very friendly and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The room is small, but perfectly sized for a short stay in Amalfi. The price and location of this hotel, coupled with the excellent hosts make this an outstanding choice for any traveller. The local hotel association... More

Don't be out off by the steps tgat lead up to the hotel, or the disheveled looming lobby. The rooms are charming and very well appointed. Most have balconies with a partial sea view and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a fridge, safe, plenty of wardrobe space and lovely bathrooms with toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice... More

Very nice place in the heart of Amalfi. Cosy and clean rooms and very friendly staff ready to help you and answer all your questions. They serve breakfast on a nice terrace and each day it includes fresh pastry and fruites.

This place was perfect for a 3 night stay, located 20m from the main square. We stayed here in June, Gerardo was a great host. He even made us pasta one day when we were eating lunch on the outdoor terrace. We stayed in the standard room, which was comfortable and large enough for a couple. It had a balcony... More
