we have been there spring 2006. it has been a nightmare to find this place, even when asking locals. location is right beside the freeway in a rather boring neighbourhood. you definitely need a car to get there (and to get away too!).
we were mislead by the nametag "villa". in fact this might have been a villa - and it's located in some kind of a small park.

i'm not a friend of writing negative reviews, but this was definitely not worth a recommendation. the room was rather "yuck" (sticky floors and in general not perfect at all) although quite big, we had a balcony to the frontside (freeway).

definitely worth a mention were the friendly, helpful and nice people there (don't know if those were the owners or workers, anyway they were nice and polite).

lucky enough we took our plane back early the next morning, we only stayed for one night.
