Went on an all adult family of 4 holiday and booked out this apartment. See below my review for our stay 3/5-10/5/15 stay: Pros: The location is walking distant from the Science/Arts area The famous Valencian park/garden is just next door to above and if you're up to it you could walk the whole length (a bike rental is advised... Clean spacious apartment. Great location. Plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, cafes & supermarkets nearby (within walking distance). Child's playground next door. Apartment had wifi, air con & a small balcony. Kitchen area included large fridge/freezer. The parking costs 13 euro per night, the park we were allocated was quite narrow and difficult to get into but the parking did appear secure.... More

Flats are basic but clean and functional. Stayed with 3 kids. Big plus is location, under 10 minutes walk to Science museum, Aquarium etc and the river park. Playground just round the corner. Kitchens are better equipped than a lot of Spanish apartments, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Italien restaurant underneath full of equally friendly staff and great pizza.... More

If you come to visit Valencia for few days and don't want to spend a lot of money for hotel, it is a good place to stay. You will get nice and clean room, but don't have a high expectations as the facilities are basic. The weak point is the location. Even the public transport is very convenient way to... More

We decided to book a flat as reviews(in the website we booked through) were positive. The position is perfect if you want to visit Ciudad de las ciencias, that's what we wanted to. just 10minutes (walking) and you're there. Staff was kind and the flat was quite big as we were 4 in a place meant for 6 people (2... More

This is basically a one bedroom apartment with a small living space, kitchenette and bathroom. It was very basic with thin sheets and towels and old used furniture. The traffic checking in and out was constant. No breakfast was offered although there are cafes in this mostly residential area. The location is very near the city of arts and sciences... More

Officially this may be called a hostel, but I think it's definitely worth calling a hotel. I have experienced way more shabby 3, and even 4, star hotels than this hostel. It's location is very convenient next to the Ciudad and the tourist bus stops just around the corner. We had room 101, which was very spacious and clean. It... More

Great choice for families with kids who plan to visit CAC. CAC is a 10 minute walk from the apartments. There are plenty restaurants, tapas bar and cafeterias in the neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed many playgrounds in the area. El Saler shopping center is close by, which is convenient for self-caters. On the negative side: parking garage (13€ per day)... More

Location is very near the city of arts and the oceanarium and Gullier (for kids). The price was very affordable and the room sizeable .. Two cons for the place are the smoke smell in the room and the night staff was quite grouchy. In terms of food, not too many restaurants within 600m that's well rated in tripadvisor

First, let's start with the good stuff. The location is really good for the Science & Arts museum. We had only 2 nights in Valencia and wanted to spend one day at the Oceanographic so the location fits well into our plans. We were driving and Valencia traffic is a bit daunting for us (there are many many roundabouts) so... More
