The service was friendly and extremely helpful. They would go out of there way to be helpful to everyone. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the action. Easy to walk anywhere. The room was very nice, a little noisy at night, but not terrible; and I am not a young person. I hope to return.

Nice hostel right in the center of Valencia. I reccomend it for low budget travellers that does not have verz high expectations. It was clean and comfy but the rooms are a little bit small and there should be more activities for guests. During my stay there were just usual free walking tours and pub crawls. I have been here... Dear Martin, Thank you for staying with us and reviewing us here. We really appreciate it. About the activities, we also have activities at the Red Nest, it depends on the day of the week. Anyway, as you could see, the Purple Nest is around the corner, so is not long walk from us. Best wishes, More

My partner and I stayed in this hostel because we were looking for a cheap place to stay in Valencia. We were not expecting much so when we arrived at the Red Nest we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was a good size, the hostel was very clean and the staff were lovely. It is located right in the historic... More

"Red Nest" (there's an entire Coloured Nest series across España) is highly energized by The Young and The Restless -- old people (over 35 :-) stay somewhere else. This is place to network with the cool drunken crowd -- they've been everywhere, done everything. About a 15 minute walk from Renfe. Your first challenge will be to navigate through the... More

Stayed here with 4 other friends over Christmas. It was made extremely enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff. Season of giving it was, welcomed with a free drink and food, not to mention free wine and more food on Christmas eve. You will definitely enjoy their warm hospitality. Stay wise, place was really clean and neat. Huge lockers big enough... More

The hostel was liveable, no huge red flags; but the staff seemed distant, and the facilities were pretty poorly maintained. The location was a plus, but I think what really describes my experience with the Red Nest was the guy who led the free walking tour (Eduardo), who made me really uncomfortable the whole time we were on the tour,... I stayed in October when the hostel was clearly not busy. I found it to be VERY clean and well run. The reception staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well cared for, and were more than adequate for my stay in the off season, but I can imagine that these facilities would be... More

Location: Valencia is an awesome city and all the sights (except maybe for the new arts and science center by the beach) are within walking distance from the hostel. A lot of cool restaurants, grocery stores, a shopping street etc. are also really nearby, since the hostel is right in the city center. You can take a metro to the... More

Now this hostel has a cool vibe and reception staff are also very nice. I stayed in a double room and it was quite small, also the bathrooms were shared and it took me back to school camps, 2 showers 3 sinks and 1 toilet in the males. Breakfast was very plain for 3€ but they have a communal kitchen... More
