We were supposed to stay at the Purple Nest Hostel, but were moved to the Red Nest. The two are close to each other so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the stay was pretty good. The only complaints would be that we were moved from an 8-person room in the Purple Nest to a 12-person room in the Red... More

The most unfriendly personnel I have ever met Worst service ever Be careful of extra charge (10€ deposit) Towels are dirty, not enough hot water for everyone (if you want to take a shower in the morning, prepare yourself) 3€ for a disgusting breakfast Room are not heated and the windows couldn't be closed so some of my friends caught... The red nest hostel (as well as the associated purple nest hostel) have a great vibe and atmosfere around it. The bars were open untill quite late and were a great meeting place. The hostel was clean, tide and had a 24h reception. The hostel was equiped with airconditioning, so sleeping in the heat was no problem.

I stayed here for a week in a mixed six dormroom with window to the street. Although it was quite loud with open windows at day, at night after aroung 12pm it became more quiet and I had no problem sleeping. The beds were comfortable, clean and linen was included. As I booked via the homepage of the RedNest Hostel... More

Such a wonderful hostel! Free tours of the city daily, and more specialized tours every couple days. There are also other activities planned such as paella and salsa night, and games night. They run a really fun pub crawl that I went on three times. The rooms are really nice, easy to socialize. The bathrooms were large enough to keep... More

Liked this place for a cheap hostel. Not a bad location. I recommend doing the tours they they run out of the hostel- the tour guides are hilarious!!! The kitchen is clean. The bathrooms are small and really hot- and busy in the mornings, and the water annoyingly turns off every 10 seconds so you have to keep pushing the... More

I stayed here for two nights and would definitely recommend it. It is in a great location, has a large kitchen area, common area/rooftop terrace and a great free walking tour which is a must. The only issue is you are only allowed air con at night but they like to keep the remote - so don't turn it on... More

We get in Valencia by car and was impossible to find a free place to park our car around the hostel. But near the hostel there is some underground parking. The staff in our arrival was really friendly and helpful! We got tips for our trip around the spanish coast! Bathroom was really clean!
