Great location in Valencia if you like staying by the beach , rooms with a sea view, and perfect service. The old town is a bit far but well served with public transport We weren't allowed to enter the SPA given that there was a maximum capacity.

I booked the hotel for twelve of us. The booking was made really easy by the ever excellent Sandra Molinas at the hotel who was consistently helpful in the booking process and ensuring our stay and meeting went as planned. We all agreed that this was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were spacious, immaculately... More

Just came back after 5 nights of treating my husband in this beautiful oasis. We arrived very early in the day (11:00) from London. When I enquired in the reception, the room was ready and they let us checked-in without any hassles. Our room have had the magnificent view ever, overlooking the sea and the water feature in the evening... More

one of the best hotels we could profit by, during our ten days trip in Spain. An open view on the sea with a sunny sky is almost a key to paradise on earth. Nice view also by night on the fountains. Breakfast is outstanding; personal welcoming, helpful and professional. No way on my side to criticize anything. Maybe are... More

I have stayed at Las Arenas twice for two weeks in my travels. I consider this to be one of the best hotels in Europe. Situated right on the Med, the food, lodging, and proximity to the sea are fantastic. Service was prompt and excellent. The beach is a short walk from the hotel but be warned that it is... More

This hotel is perfectly placed by the beach to soak sun rays in the winter. You need to take a 10 minutes taxi to go to the old town but I recommend this location if you prefer quiet and amazing sea views. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable bed. Service was excellent throughout my stay and always willing to... More

Wanted to splurge for the family of 5 since it was Xmas eve and Xmas day. This is not the place to come to in winter. Maybe in summer but not winter. Dear Sir, I am sorry that your stay was not as satisfactory as expected. Certainly in winter time if the weather is not good, the perception of the hotel could change, but the spa and gym facilities are fully operational during normal hours.
