Very nice hotel with lots of conforts. Unfortunately internet in the room wasn't working, we told this problem to the reception but they said they could have solved the problem after the week end. A part from this, service was good and we enjoy our stay. If you want to enjoy Valencia maybe it is a little bit far from... More

What a load of ....Horsefeathers! We arrived there, tired and hungry about 6 p.m.. NO room service. NO FRONT DESK (the chap was helping unload a busload of Chinese tourists..). NO PHONES were answered (operator, room service, front desk, bar etc.)! NO MEAL, to the point that I had to personally ''invade the kitchen'' so that my wife and I... More

Great value at weekends but only for a stop over Breakfast was a disgrace and we wished we hadn't paid for it Nothing was edible! Rooms ok and reception staff good Otherwise if only for a stopover don't eat breakfast as even the coffee was undrinkable!

The hotel is actually very nice. staff is friendly. And it's clean. Breakfast should have been included according to our booking and the confirmation from Expedia clearly said "inclusive Breakfast Buffet". However, they made us pay for it. 14 € p.P. for a breakfast buffet like that is quite a rip off. Furthermore, the hotel is only suitable for people... More

If you are planning to visit Valencia, avoid this hotel. It's not worth the distance as you can find hotels in the city centre that cost the same. This hotel is really inconvenient to get to the city centre! The only bus is very infrequent and the wait can get as long as more than an hour during weekends. Then... More

This hotel was spotlessly clean! Bedrooms were functional, with satellite TV. Pool is small but very nice, same with the Gym. Hotel menu is very Spanish, not good if you have a fussy eater, vegetarian etc with you. Internet connection is not great, and you have to keep getting new codes from reception, even though it is meant to offer... More

We we lodged at the Albufera apartments. It had 2 bedrooms but only 3 beds and 4th person was meant to sleep on sofa. We asked reception if we could have 4 beds and our request was met immediately Reception staff spoke english and were very helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had few utensils but... More

The hotel rating should be (3.5 stars) good, rather than 4 stars, very good..Not the highest quality Best Western but still better than most Spanish hotels..Large comfortable rooms, big window and satellite TV..Excellent internet on some floors (but not all) It is well outside Valencia, but a great place to stay for a day or 2 to get rested..Staff spoke English and were polite.Poor... This is a hotel in an area with about four shopping malls and a bunch of restaurants. The brochures says it's in a "unique" area--I'll agree with that. It's like being in the states or something. The brochure also says it's about five minutes from the beach--maybe if you're traveling by rocket. Wifi is free, but unfortunately almost unusable unless... More

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which we stayed at for a week before la tomatina. Great deals can be found with this hotel making it similar in price to hostels, except it includes a buffet breakfast, pool, gym, sauna, terrace and very clean rooms with rather luxurious bathrooms! As mentioned before, its a bit far out in the... More
