We were very impressed with this hotel. Prior to arrival we had been concerned by other reports that the location was poor - but we found it perfect. There is a direct metro line from the airport to Aragon Station, less than 10 mins walk away. The old city is a 30 minute walk, but the number 4 bus goes... more

Very impressed with the hotel. Our room was large and the cot that we had requested arrived within 5 mins of arriving in the room. The bed was massive, and the bathroom luxuriously appointed. The breakfast (which was served till 10.30!) was great, with loads of choice of hot and cold items, and always lots left. The staff were all... more

This was a last minute stop - was really pleased we did stop! Booked for one night, stayed 3. Lovely modern and CLEAN room, only 5 minutes walk to the major attractions. Very professional staff but up for a laugh and particularly the younger staff loved the opportunity to chat in English. I would definately recommend this for Solo, Buiness... more

I stayed at Puerta Valencia for one night during a short trip to Valencia. I stayed in the comfort room and was very impressed with the design, room size, quality for such an affordable price! I would absolutely go back, but I would bring earplugs. The walls turned out to be quite thin and my neighbors were unfortunately quite loud!... more

Just came back from Valencia having stayed in this hotel for 1 week with o/h. Room big and bathroom excellent. Good maid service. can not fault it. Not too far from 2 metro lines and you can buy a 10 trip metro card for city centre for 7.50 euros or one that covers a little further around the city for... more

We stayed at the Silken Puerta Valencia for 5 nights over the Easter weekend, encouraged by the positive reviews we read on Tripadvisor. Our room (on the non-smoking 4th floor) was great, though perhaps slightly narrow - it was a bit of a struggle to get past the beds with a suitcase. We found the beds extremely comfortable (despite all... more

This is a good quality hotel, offering excellent value for money. The staff are all helpful and obliging, and the hotel has the sort of facilities that you would expect from a city centre location. Sadly there is no outdoor space, but there's a decent lobby area and a pleasant bar/cafe, as well as a small restaurant section. Our room... more

We booked this hotel to enable us to get to Fallas events and explore the city generally. In an expensive festival week it was good value and served our needs well. The 25 - 30 minutes walk to the city centre was no problem a it took us through heaps of fallas sites, parks and past many good restaurants. (If... more

Stayed at the Silken Puerta Valencia during Las Fallas. Very pleased with the room and the hotel in general. Staff were very helpful when approached for information on public transport and recommendations for good local restaurants. (Try Raco del Turia restaurante, C/Ciscar 10 in the old town for fabulous authentic paella.) Breakfast and bar prices are a bit steep -... more

Just got back from 5 nights at the Silken Puerta Valencia. Myself and a friend shared a twin room for the 'Fallas' festival along with some other friends who had a double room. All of us agreed this was the best hotel that we have stayed in in Valencia. Infact, I would say it's in my top hotels list worldwide.... more
