Recently i had the unfortunate experience of staying here. Whilst the hotel is clean and typically 'Ibis', the management were an absolute disaster. I knew what to expect with Ibis and im not fussy and believe you get what you pay for but what we encountered was beyond belief. We had booked 5 twin rooms months ago and on the... more
