We stayed at the hotel since it was close to where one of our children was on a study abroad program at a local Valencia university. The location is great if you want to see the tourist parts of town and experience the local culture. It is near the church which houses the "Holy Grail" and near a tourist bus... More

Dear guest. We appreciate that the minutes spent writing this kind comment. As stated, the hotel is strategically located to visit on foot the main attractions in the city of Valencia. Just to clarify two things that maybe we failed to explain properly during your stay. The deposit requested for the free loan of bicycles is € 100 each and... More

Centrally located in the old town and 10-20 minutes walk to most of the sites and a 10min walk from Colon metro station which is 9 stops from the airport. We stayed here for one night and found the experience to be pleasant. Our room was situated on the fifth floor and also had a balcony. The room size, cleanliness... More

Dear Customer. We are very happy for your kind comments, they encourage us to continue trying to make things better and better. The truth is that we are enjoying a warmer weather than usual for this time of year and your room, being on the top floor climate has more hours of sunshine than anywhere else unfortunately the hotel has... Clean room, new clean bed linen and towels, comfortable mattress and good pillows. Laptop is old running Vista but good enough to run FilmOn.com. If you decide to book the free bikes you need to leave 100€ cash deposit per bike. Excellent value, great location but tricky to find and no parking

We booked a family room at short notice i.e. we decided last minute on the day to stay overnight after a lovely day trip to Valencia from the coast where we were staying for our holiday. However because we had no passports or driving licenses with us (we hadn't planned to stay overnight when we set out that day but... More

A pretty basic hotel experience. Clean room with enough space and a slightly shabby bathroom with a decent shower. Breakfast room looked wholly unappealing (even for a 5 Euro breakfast). Location virtually impossibly to reach by car and the parking is in a nearby public car park (at 20 Euros a day). Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Free... More

Location is excellent, but a little challenging to find on your own. We had a top (5th) floor room with nice terrace overlooking city. The room was comfortable, & clean. 1 of 4 front desk staff members we dealt with were friendly, others were unmotivated but OK. In the rooms some of the newer modern upgrades are a bit cumbersome... Travelled as a couple - married 28 years - but the glass swing door into the bathroom wasn't a great experience, even for us! Hotel is clean but slightly shabby. Staff were helpful - the toilet in our bathroom stopped working, so we were moved into another room with the minimum of fuss. The 2nd room was not as good... More

Travelling with 2 small kids. We got the family room with separate bedroom and bunk beds. About as good as it gets for a family hotel room and the kids got a kick out of the exercise bike! The staff was incredibly nice and even gave our kids a few free DVDs when we arrived. The location couldn't be any... More

One of Valencia's main squares is just around the corner from the hotel. The location could not be better. Staff is semi interested in their guests, they say hi when you pass the reception, but that's it. Rooms are mid sized, comfortable bed and practical. The drawback is the bathroom door- a glass door that doesn't fit the frame, the... More

You really could not get much closer to the center of the old city. If you like a good place for your base, functional and clean rooms and a friendly staff - I would recommend this hotel. Rooms are your normal European size and style, very nice breakfast and several added amenities (ex: free bikes to use for the day).... More
