I stayed at this hotel after a 6 year break since, although I visit Valencia on business every year, I felt that it was a great hotel that was in need of refurbishment. This year, I booked there via an all-in deal with Easyjet, which was good value for money. I therefore didn't expect one of the rooms I have... More

Older hotel in a very good location. The rooms are older, but the bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are very up-to-date. Personally, I like the older feel of these rooms. They're kinda of you mother's or grandmother's style, but I like the campiness. The baths are new and very nice, so it's the best of both, if you ask... More

If you are looking for a hotel near the train station and the city center this is a great choice. The downside is that it is a bit tired and outdated. The rooms are generous in size but the bed is only average in comfort and the pillows are below average. Internet was terrible and unreliable. Front desk was a... More

We wanted a one night stop over in Valencia. This hotel is 100 years old but it is clean, well maintained, retains its original character and is very conveniently located. Excellent value as breakfast was included in the price.

This is an older hotel well situated in the city center of Valencia, a reasonable walk from most major sites of tourist interest. Plenty of nearby public transportation to get just about anywhere quickly and inexpensively. Near plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Quiet. Somewhat old-fashioned, but I enjoyed that. Great in room... More

After travelling all day was very disappointed to arrive at this 2 star hotel. Dusty, old, no phone, wooden floors..not happy moved from dungeon but still can't stop coughing and neither can people in other rooms... I can hear them! Paper thin walls, tired furnishings, sad bathroom. Let the morning come. Don't even want to guess what breakfast will be... More

We stay in Valencia form 29th december until 2nd january 2014 at HUSA Reina Victoria. The hotel location is great (just 50 meters from the Plaza Ayuntamiento). The hotel is cozy with spacious and clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here for one night, as part of an Insight Vacations Group Tour. This hotel was far below the usual standards set by Insight Vacations. The air-conditioning did not work. There is no double glazing and the traffic noise comes into the room. The lift is very small. The room is small. The TV is small... More

We were part of a tour group ... Our first room was clearly a smoking room as there was an ash tray on the desk When I went to the room initially, the door was wide open and a technician was working on the TV (no reception). We requested a room change due to smoking. Later I found out that... More

Upon reading the last two reviews, we were skeptical in staying. However, were we pleasantly surprised. We were assigned a corner room with a king bed. It was very spacious and bright. The decor was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights. It was a great location and we walked to all the attractions including... More
