I reserved this hotel by booking.com, and it was a nice surprise! It's close to Plaza del Ayuntamiento and 4 minutes walking from Estacion del Norte. The hotel is really nice, the staff very friendly, my room was very big, good bed and shower. There's breakfeast available for 12,5 euros, and it was very good too. There's many cafes, bars... more

Me and a couple of friends stayed at the Reina Victoria during an 3 day stay in Valencia. We found the check in quite friendly. The staff was courteous and prompt. The lobby is quite small. Our standard room was satisfactory and the bathroom was okay. The hotel was spotless and well stocked. The room was quiet. The hotel is... more

It's rare to find such a small hotel with such disinterested staff. I sopke to them in Spanish but they didn't seem to have the patience to work with my limited ability. But of course they didn't try to speak English either even though they clearly did. That lack of interest in going the extra mile, or even budging an... more

The Hotel Reina Victoria is part of the Husa Hotels chain and is situated in a splendid building just off the main square (Plaza Ayuntamiento) of Valencia in Calle Barcas. There is a rather grand iron and glass canopy over the main entrance and once inside, there is a short corridor to the reception desk, situated at the bottom of... more

Really nice hotel, true 4-star. We had two double rooms for a great price in a really elegant hotel. It is located next to the Plaza del Ayutamyento, next to the Central Post Office. Parking is a little odd - you need to walk a little - but it's a private covered garage, so absolutely no problems. Valencia was really... more

The Reina Victoria has a perfect location. It is central, close to the subway, with good connections to the airport and train station. The lobby is small, but the rooms are good sized. The bathroom was ample and clean. The service was good. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had free access... more

Good location for walking to the historic areas and shopping. Being an older hotel, it has character and has been renovated so the bathroom was modern. Good restaurant. Basic amenities but no hair conditioner (typical everywhere in Spain). It was nice to have a window you could actually open for fresh air. more

I do not recomend this hotel. I was put in a room with no window, in serious need of remodeling, for exactly the same price as the others. When I spoke about this in the front desk, they said I could change room, but the other one would be very small. And I was given wrong information by the front... more

Well placed for town centre facilities and public transport links. We didn't eat here so can't comment on that. Rooms a decent size and beds comfortable. There are plenty of good cafes/bars nearby for breakfast and finding one is half the fun, gives you more local contact and colour. We found the staff friendly and helpful. more

The impressive canopied entrance gives way to a cramped, dark lobby as Barclays Bank occupy most of the ground floor. The welcome was cool but we were given rooms with views at the front when we asked. Both our friends' room and ours were fairly large with two single beds making a double with one big headboard. We had a proper bath and... more
