This guesthouse is wonderful and great value! Fantastic location on a central pedestrianised shopping street. The rooms are spotless - basic but clean. The bathrooms are really fab - great showers and absolutely pristine. Breakfasts are lovely - lots of choice. The owners couldn't be more helpful.

It's a great spot ! In the center of the old city, close to everithing. The city is small and this b&b is very well located. Quiet, clean, and central. Really recommended and good value for the money.

Everything is at walking distance: things to see, nice restaurants, shopping, etc. Only 20 minutes with the metro (which is at 2 minutes walking distance from the b&b) and you are at the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpfull by giving you information about the city. The rooms are very small and the beds can be better. But... More

Stayed here for 7 days. Katia and Daniel were very attentive to our needs and to providing thoughtful lodging and breakfasts and helpful advice about enjoying the best of Valencia. They are friendly and very positive souls.

I spent four nights in this B&B, traveling with friends. While the accommodation is basic, the rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable (a foam pad between mattress and fitted sheet would be a nice addition). WiFi was free and working well. As we were occupying two rooms, we had one of the two bathrooms all for ourselves. What makes... More

We stayed with Catriana and Daniel for 4 nights. A great location in central Valencia, a short walk from the train station. If you want somewhere that will take care of you, provide you with recommended places to visit which you may not otherwise find then choose Kasa Katia. The breakfasts, all of which are home made, are excellent and... More

We spent 4 days at Kasa Katia in November 2013. We were greeted with a smile. Our room had a balcony over a lively pedestrian street with outdoor restaurants, shops and cafe's. The standard of cleanliness was most likely the best I've seen! They also use eco-friendly cleaning products and shampoos, which appealed to me. The breakfast was freshly cooked... More

We really enjoyed being part of the city. Staying here was like having your own apartment in Valencia. Great location, lovely hosts, clean rooms. We loved it! It is a great value place to stay. Do take advantage of Daniel and Caterina's knowledge of the city, especially where to go to eat!

What can I add? Kasa Katia is brilliantly placed, comfortable and excellent value. It's a sympathetic conversion of the third floor in a 1910s apartment building (the hosts have a separate flat upstairs on the top floor) By the end of our nine nights, we felt that we had got to know Caterina and Daniele - the combination of care... We stayed 2 nights at this little B&B in the heart of old Valencia. Caterina and Daniele, both from Italy, were fantastic hosts, eager to please, and very informative about things to do, etc. Excellent breakfast was served. Smallish room, and shared bathroom, but very clean and nice. Very good value!
