These apartments are the worst I have ever stayed in they are very basic and not clean at all. Myself and my husband stayed here for one week from 29th April 2012. We had to pay £150 deposit which the owner kept until the end of our stay this is in case you trash the room we are a middle... More

We were a little bit worried prior to our stay with some of the reviews on here which were very negative. The only downside of La Caseta is that they are a little old / tatty round the edges but if they had a good re-furb and paint it would make a big difference. The cleaner on recpetion when we... More

I had low expectations when I read the reviews of La Caseta Apartments prior to going. The apartment was spacious and clean. Conveniently located overlooking the park and with easy reach of the old town and central Benidorm. Easy to reach by car coming from Alicante on the outskirts of the town but only about 5-10 minutes walk to the... More

We stayed in these appartments over new year 2011 -great location had great views of the new year eve fireworks and three kings. The house keeper was really nice and welcoming. Were not a fussy couple at all but found the apartments really dirty, my husband had numerous bites from the bed which he needed treatment for. Very cold and... More

My brother and I stayed here for 5 days, yes the doors are noisy to unlock and lock but they are very secure. The housemaid is very friendly and nothing is any trouble for her, the apartments are dated but liveable. The only downfall was the electric tripped out if you had the cooker on and plugged the kettle in,... More

Just back from a week at La Caseta Apartments 26/09/11. And after reading some of the reviews I don't think we where at the same place. The apartment was clean and quite large. The staff were helpful and friendly. Yes you have to pay 150 euro but if you don't wreck the room it's never taken from your card. All... More

Just spent 10 days in an apartment. Plusses: friendly staff, close to supermarket (not at all noisy), about half-mile from the beaches so enjoy a quiet stroll. Negatives: some guests are inconsiderate and do not keep noise levels down, especially late at night - our experience of the English visitors very good. When arriving at the building enter through the... More

Where do you start?upon arrival we had to pay 150 euro per room 'deposit'!As you pay this you expect the rooms to be half decent, well think again! If you would like more towels or toilet roll that will be 2 euros each also! When you actually do feel like having to pay for something no other hotel i had been too...
