The Bilbaino was the first hotel to be built in Benidorm! We travelled on the 24th August 2014. The Bilbaino was selected because of its location right at the west end of the Levante Beach. We actually looked inside in 1999, the last time we were in Benidorm. The fact that it is 12 metres from the hotel main door... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, on 1st floor room 102 room was lovely. Staff very helpful, clean, fridge in room, free safety box, nothing to complain about at all. Not the hotels fault, but it was noisy at night, as groups of people gather outside it was 6am before the noise died!!. Beautiful sea view. Would recommend.

The Bilbaino (free wifi) is on one end the beach front, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, got a email conformation printout over my return transfer. Booked a bottom of the range room for a 3 night stay, so wasn't surprised I had a internal room with a view of the air conditioning units.... More

Spent 3 nights here last week in a sea view room on the first floor. Room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom which had a powerful shower and toiletries in should you need anything. The location in the old town is excellent just a short walk to the little streets with plenty of bars and restaurants. The only down... More

Nice and clean hotel on seaside. Paid parking is at 10 minutes walking distance although we found it difficult to locate the hotel. Small balcony with rooms. Hotel has got safe store room for keeping luggage if you want to leave your luggage in hotel after checkout. Overall good value for money.

We stayed for a week and after 3 evenings decided to eat out even though we had paid for half board this was in march this year. One evening the choice on the menu was some sort of spam fritters or fried egg. The couple next to us had to ask if they could have some chips with the egg.... More

I stayed here with my Dad for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always polite and helpful and the location could not be beaten! It was right on the beach and close to all the lovely tapas bars of the old Town. I would not hesitate to recommend... More

We ended up here by default because our nearby hotel decided to close for 6 months even though we had booked well in advance, and how pleased we were. We were lucky enough to stay just after some refurbishment, so everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and welcoming. The rooms are nicely furnished, free safe and air con (maybe just for... More

The Bilbaino was ideally located right on the front near the old town. We were overlooking the promenade & beach. Staff were really freindly & helpful. Huge bed, apparently a california king size. Room spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom. I would definitely recommend to others and would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again.
