This hotel is very good value for money. We went as a family group of 6 adults and it suited us all really well. It is right on the beach next to the old town. The breakfast is fine and set us up for the day. The bathrooms are large and storage excellent. The beds are firm and smallish but... More

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 1 night and paid what I consider to be a lot of money on a room only basis (In excess of 90 euros each room) The location is fantastic because it is on the promenade but it is a nightmare to get to in a car and there are no parking facilities, you... More

We have had a wonderful week in the Hotel Bilbaino. My husband has mobility problems and this hotel ticked every box. Our room overlooked the Med. and we left the windows open at night to hear the waves on the shore. The staff were polite and considerate and the rooms immaculately clean. We will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we have stayed in all inclusive hotels in Benidorm but fancied a change. The location for this hotel is fantastic - literally on the beach, and seconds walk into the old town, with all the shops and bars, cafes etc. and around a 10 minute stroll to the hustle and nightlife in the centre... The Bilbaino was the first hotel to be built in Benidorm! We travelled on the 24th August 2014. The Bilbaino was selected because of its location right at the west end of the Levante Beach. We actually looked inside in 1999, the last time we were in Benidorm. The fact that it is 12 metres from the hotel main door... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, on 1st floor room 102 room was lovely. Staff very helpful, clean, fridge in room, free safety box, nothing to complain about at all. Not the hotels fault, but it was noisy at night, as groups of people gather outside it was 6am before the noise died!!. Beautiful sea view. Would recommend.

The Bilbaino (free wifi) is on one end the beach front, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, got a email conformation printout over my return transfer. Booked a bottom of the range room for a 3 night stay, so wasn't surprised I had a internal room with a view of the air conditioning units.... More

Spent 3 nights here last week in a sea view room on the first floor. Room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom which had a powerful shower and toiletries in should you need anything. The location in the old town is excellent just a short walk to the little streets with plenty of bars and restaurants. The only down... More

Nice and clean hotel on seaside. Paid parking is at 10 minutes walking distance although we found it difficult to locate the hotel. Small balcony with rooms. Hotel has got safe store room for keeping luggage if you want to leave your luggage in hotel after checkout. Overall good value for money.
