This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff was very good and helpfull. The location was very good and very close to the beach. The breakfast was very good but the evening meal was rubbish. The first three nights was spent in a room not much bigger than a broom cupboard with no balcany, it was allfull. After much... More

Many thanks for your opinion. Due to the fact, that we have different room types and with different styles, specially during high season it is not always possible to get the desired room. With reference to the food, we are sorry that you don't enjoy the evening meals, but we can ensure, that our kitchen staff tries their best to... More

We stayed at this hotel in March 2014. Very pleasant stay, lots of Spanish guests which we felt enhanced our stay. Lots of Spanish cuisine on menu which was a bonus as I am not a fan of chips with everything. My only gripe is that there is no pool, so sadly I will not stay again, but overall an... More

We had a room on the 6th floor with a large open balcony overlooking the main street below. We got the sunshine all day and although we could only see the sea a little we had wonderful rooftop views. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all. Staff very helpful, the chef was always on hand... More

We booked this hotel as a cheap stopover for a couple of nights visiting family ... I asked for a double room ,,,high floor ,,, but instead we were given a first floor room that was like a broom cupboard ... It had 2 single beds and a small window that looked onto a wall ... No natural light at... More

We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Also if you make your reservation with 6 months in advance, the rooms will not be assigned until some days before arrival, trying to satisfy all guest requests. We always try our best to give the requested rooms at arrival to our guests, but it's not always possible,... More

The location is excellent, in the centre or the old town with pubs and restaurants close by. Good food, yes its basic but always something to suit us. Good attentive staff always someone on... More

This hotel is by far more than adequate to accommodate couples and family's alike. We stayed 3 nights and was more than pleased with the room and facilities. Breakfast was above average but I'm a fussy eater an there's a few things to choose from. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the wifi was not working, I know... More

I see there are some good reviews for this hotel so it must depend on whether you have a refurbished room or not - ours was not. The room was horrible, extremely dated, very dusty behind furniture, black round bath and paint all peeled off radiator, empty picture hook, squeaky bed. Also if you are there on the weekend and... Just got back from a 4 day stay at the Alameda, we were very happy with the Hotel, the rooms were beautifully furnished, beds very comfy and the free wi fi in the room is brilliant. Just spent three nights in this hotel right in the centre of Benidorm's old town. It's 100 yards from the start of the Levante beach and nestled in the heart of the shops, bars and many authentic tapas establishments.
