Really good hotel. Great location by the old town. Spanish staff were friendly, room small but nice with a great balcony view. Tapas bars and pubs very near, beach 100 feet away. All in all a nice break and I must admit I didn't see any shirtliftrers as some other reviewer mentioned more

We had a really great time here. We stayed for three nights and wished it could have been a month. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything you want to see in the old town and right nera the beach. If you want a hotel filled with the sort of noisy morons who crave the worst part... more

We had an enjoytable stay at this hotel, with the main advantage being its excellent location in the heart of the old town and yet just 200 metres or so from the Levante beach. It is a very old-fashiioned Spanish-style hotel with few facilities, which could hardly be further removed from the picture of Benidorm portrayed by the ITV comedy... more

Location and cleanliness are the only redeeming factors of this hotel. I stayed half board and wished i hadn't . the food was a drastic affair, now i'm partial to a bit of spanish cuisine but can honestly say that this stuff left a bitter taste in my mouth. When entering the restaraunt (if you can call it that as... more

I have mixed feelings for this hotel since i am not quite sure whether I have to complain about it or just accept the fact that Alameda was the cheapest i found (approx 56Eur per room per... more

I stayed at this hotel full board for a weekend with my mam in July and thank god we were only there two days. On arrival we got dropped off by our transfer coach on a side street around the corner from the hotel, we had to walk through the town with our suitcases which was a bit of a... more

It's hard to give anything but a mixed review for the Alameda. Much of what others have said about the hotel is right, but some of it is rather harsh. We stayed there for 2 weeks on full board, with a 4 month old baby, and our comments need to be taken in their context. We found that: - the... more
