Wanted to go to Benidorm for weekend to do some Christmas shopping needing a hotel in the Old Town and chose the Alameda knowing where it was situated. Booked two days before travelling and was given a good price. The hotel is not large but has been renovated in the last few years, situated on a pedestrian road in the... More

Thank you for sharing your experience. As you mention, it's a bit noisy in the Old Town, specially over weekends, and I believe there was some local celebration. We do have refurbished rooms overlooking our patio (no balcony) which are very quiet. We hope you will be coming back. Kind regards More

We stayed in this hotel for one night at the end of October, booking it at the last minute to meet up with friends in The Old Town. We were absolutely thrilled with it. It was on a nice pedestrianised street, not rowdy, but buzzing with eateries. The reception is smart and welcoming and the receptionist was polite and helpful.... More

This hotel doesn't deserve the really rubbish reviews it has had. The location of it is PERFECT, bang in the middle of the Old Town......which in my mind is the only town in Benidorm. We stayed for 3 nights B&B with 2 rooms. Both rooms were front facing and with a balcony. They were basic Spanish rooms but clean and... More

Stayed here for 4 nights end of July. staff friendly, breakfast adequate, only had b&b so ate out in the evenings loads of different authentic tapas bars around. 50m away from beautiful beach, situated in the old town but only 10-15min walk to new town if u want livelier. Slept well and room clean. Not been to benidorm before and... More

This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff was very good and helpfull. The location was very good and very close to the beach. The breakfast was very good but the evening meal was rubbish. The first three nights was spent in a room not much bigger than a broom cupboard with no balcany, it was allfull. After much... More

Many thanks for your opinion. Due to the fact, that we have different room types and with different styles, specially during high season it is not always possible to get the desired room. With reference to the food, we are sorry that you don't enjoy the evening meals, but we can ensure, that our kitchen staff tries their best to... More

We stayed at this hotel in March 2014. Very pleasant stay, lots of Spanish guests which we felt enhanced our stay. Lots of Spanish cuisine on menu which was a bonus as I am not a fan of chips with everything. My only gripe is that there is no pool, so sadly I will not stay again, but overall an... More

We had a room on the 6th floor with a large open balcony overlooking the main street below. We got the sunshine all day and although we could only see the sea a little we had wonderful rooftop views. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all. Staff very helpful, the chef was always on hand... More

We booked this hotel as a cheap stopover for a couple of nights visiting family ... We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Also if you make your reservation with 6 months in advance, the rooms will not be assigned until some days before arrival, trying to satisfy all guest requests. We always try our best to give the requested rooms at arrival to our guests, but it's not always possible,... More
