Very unfriendly place indeed.Pepe's bar is a definate one to miss,god the prices are well over the top. Asked the reason for the nbig price,I was asked if I spoke French as they did not speak English.When we went in for a drink in the daytime,was told to leave as we were not dressed proper.This is Benidorm......for gods sake.. when you enter the hotel the lobby is gleaming giving a good first impression check in is quick and efficiant the rooms are spacious modern and very clean in fact every where you go in the hotel it is cleaned to perfection,the pool area is ideal for a sun bathe or chill with plenty of good quality sun beds also... more

just returned and cannot fault room or service. good food and very helpful staff have been before and will return. my wife and I left jackets in the room and they sent them to us in four days more

Just returned from a 2 day trip to Benidorm and stayed at the Belroy. Built in the 70's this hotel has recently undergone a major refit, with modern, large rooms which are clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at the Belroy - booked 3 nights and ended up staying for 7!! Location was good, room was spotless - some may not like the minimalist decor, but we liked it. We had dinner one night, which was a bit disappointing, but typical hotel dinner buffet. Breakfasts were great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.... more

My wife and I decided have a break in Benidorm, so many apartment blocks, it now makes New York look like a farm. STOP BUILDING!, enough already. Arrived 28th dec for the new year, we came in september of this year and enjoyed it so much we wan:ted to come back. We was not sorry we loved it just as much. the appartment is like being in a flat, home from home and very clean , view great staff lovely and friendly. going back again very soon. more
