we have just arrived back from a 4 night break at the terralta during the november fiesta. the terralta is a walk from the old town but being out of town means it isn't surrounded by high rise hotels and apartments which makes it perfect for a relaxing break but with the option to visit old town or new town... Visited here in mid October, 2 adults 2 kids, The apartments were large enough for a family of 4. Clean and tidy and well maintained. Air conditioning was working and came on every 2 hours or so.
