Location very good. Accomadation very basic. Tiles missing off the bathroom floor. Kettles didnt work. Told to use a pan by staff. Clean towels and bed linen very rare. 1 lift and kept breaking down. Takeaways very near. Security wasnt up to standard. People were getting robbed in daylight.

It can be quiet daunting when you first arrive. You are dropped off by a Minnie bus at a lift. You get in the lift and when you get to the 1st floor, you are at the swimming pool. I thought when I got there was "Oh my god what have I come to?". Then you have to go up... More

when we arrived at sunsea we thought it was basic but ok,pool was fine for kids.the door does not lock behind you and there are people coming in from outside ,to steal from you.so please remember to lock door with key .i love benidorm but will stay somewhere different.do not recommend this to any families
