The transfer bus dropped us nearly 2 blocks from the Olympus, with not very accurate directions of where the hotel was situated, because the roads were to narrow. hotel was clean and the food was ok, but we found some of the staff to be unhelpful and quite rude. we were all inclusive and when we arrived we were told we had missed lunch, when we asked about a snack we were offered the remains of a tub of crisps. this hotel is caters for the spanish only... more

spotless hotel food was lovely although if you dined at later on very noisey and you are in danger of being knocked over by some extremely rude spanish guests who will not try to avoid you or small children! we were dropped right at door but picked up at bp garage round corner which was fine .only 10 british people... more

I booked this holiday for myself & a friend & we felt like we had been dumped in the middle of Spain! The transfer driver didnt speak english & you never get picked up or dropped off outside the hotel unless you get a taxi, something I was never told.
