What alot of money to pay out going to this hotel. The meals are awful don't have much choice on the menu, so had to eat out, don't cater for British. Cannot believe the bad reviews this place got. Location was on map BEFORE anyone booked it & the food was fine. Actually their chips were BRILLIANT. Stayed here for one week in August. - all inclusive. Situated in a nice, quiet part of Benidorm very close to beach and shops. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean throughout. Hotel was OK - but the food was awful. It was along way to Levante Beach and nightlife if you want to go over to that side of Benidorm. Most of the guests were Spanish and so bring a phrase book if you are English. more

We had a great time in this hotel,the room was a little small and basic but very clean,a small fridge was available for the room at a cost of 5euros a day,well worth it. There is a small undercover pool on the roof with space to sit in the sun not many people use this and its great to escape... more
