I stayed here with my family in August 09 for a week; our first time in Benidorm. We all thought the staff were very nice; the food was great (we had half board) and the location was ideal. Not far from the beach and nightlife but not too near the bars, etc to be disturbed too much by noisy revellers.... more

The hotel restaurant was terrible, breakfasts were OK but lunch and dinner were horrible. The actual room smelled of fish, especially the bathroom. Breakfast is not the best staff are very helpfull there are 2 lifts for even number rooms and 2 lifts for odd number rooms they all can only carry 6 people at a time so when you think there maybe anything up to 1,500 people at any one time in the hotel you can be waiting for a lift ages... more
