just returned last night and had a fabuous holiday at this hotel,spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned every day with clean towels and bed linen.t.v with british channels, food excellent loads of choice,plenty sunbeds, staff helpful and friendly,yes there is building work across the road but that is out of their control, we will definately return but will wait until the building... more

we stayed at the castilla myself and 3 friends for one week, i must admit we was dissapointed when we saw the building work across the road but thought well there is nothing we can do about it now lets just enjoy the holiday. the rooms were beautifully done out we had fresh fluffy towels every day and the beds... more

Just got back today after spending 10 days here. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Maid comes in every day with fresh towels and cleans the room. not too happy with the food. not very appetising, and they seemed to have a lot of fish on . A long weekend well spent. We stayed on a half board basis. The food was good, the rooms clean, staff most helpful and friendly. There are some building work going on opposite the hotel but that did not spoil our time there. The hotel lives up to its 4* rating. A good weekend had by all. more

Totally agree with Bruceand Steph - December 2008. A 3 star hotel with poor quality 'industrialised' buffet + a 'show' cooking (grilled fish or meat) area. More regard for relaying tables for the next meal service than for clearing away dirty dishes from the previous course.
