Just arrived back 18/02/06 rooms clean food ok but the smell in the reception area is not a nice welcome to your holiday. The smell was of drains. Staff on reception not very happy or helpful. We've just returned from our stay at the GRAN BALI and would go back tomorrow if we could. Everything was first class and there was no fault to be found with anything. The hotel itself was excellent in every respect from the food to the service and the rooms were amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Supposedly the tallest in Europe, that's about all that can be said about it. Ikea type furnishing, dining rooms the type of which are used by the military, reception staff who seem to be agog with indifference, lacklustre service and generally very sloppy.
