We arrived at hotel reception 14/11/09 and was checking in with a Wedding Group, these people were rude and kept pushing in the queue. We eventually checked in and went to our room which was lovely on 24th floor, very clean and well equipped with mirrors and lighting (unusual for hotels). The only grand thing about this hotel was its hight! If you were not Spanish and passed the age of retirement the staff were far from friendly infact, to coin a frase I would say they have faces like slapped [--] and the food was nothing to write home about either, which put together with hundreds of Spanish pensioners pushing... more

Ignore all the 'rude staff, bad lifts, bad food etc.' This is great hotel and if you book with the right company you get alot more than your monies worth. I only paid £38 a night/ half board.
