we were put in the ocas hotel which has recently been renovated to a very high modern standard. stag and hen parties made sure the hotel was not a boring quiet place but what do you expect in benidorm. all in all a very good hotel in a good spot if you want a real benidorm experience. will definately book... Stayed here September 2012, basic hotel, no frills etc., we were given a room in the Ocas building, and this had no balcony! the window would not even open properly so it was a bit claustrophobic to say the least,. The hotel is in a great spot for everything going on so would say this is its redeeming feature!!

Just back from a week's bed and breakfast at this hotel. Was very impressed with the morning breakfast, lots of choice! Stayed here at the beginning of May for a week all inclusive. Luckily we were first in the queue to check in because due to security measures it can take up to 15 mins. We were on the 9th floor and on entering the room the smell of stale ciggies wasn't a very pleasant welcome neither was the bathroom "aroma"... More

Easy check in, clean hotel, clean room, good views from higher floors, very bear and conveniant for levante beach and nightlife. Recommend definately. Staff are polite and helpful even when rushed off their feet.
