This is a traditional Spanish run Hotel next to the Central Police HQ and surrounded by other hotels . Our booking through the internet allowed us to make a special request , so " I asked to be on 5th floor in quiet street" which was done without an issues. The Hotel is very near to an off street covered... More

Stayed here in June. Mainly spanish guests but extremely clean. Got upgraded to a twin room for free as no singles left. Very close to old town and an array of restaurants and bars. Sheets and towels changed daily. Only downside is shuttle from airport drops you several streets away. Bit scary when it is midnight and you are a... More

Good location, about 5 min down to the beach, in front of police office, about 20 min by foot till tram station. Basic rooms, clean enough, towels are changed every day. For breakfast only cold food, like cheese, cereal, croisants, toasts, ham etc.. Coffee, tea and juice possible. Lunch and dinner are offered in near by hotel, about 200 meters away.... More

Don't expect glitz and glamour, do expect VERY friendly Spanish staff who cannot do enough to help. We read the previous reviews and took a gamble based on the price. We were greater by the friendly staff who allowed us in the room several hours early at no cost. Advised about the location of breakfast room and also how residents... More

Staff friendly & polite & were only too happy to help even though their English was limited. Breakfast. cereal, fresh rolls, croissants, toast & pastries, cheese, cooked meats unlimited orange juice, & coffee. Tried tea but... More

We just wanted something cheap and cheerful. For the price this was fantastic , rooms where spotless breakfast was great location was good. We will definitely go back again. This is in the old town of Benidorm.
