The 1st room we checked into was typical Hostel type accommodation, quite basic standard, the we found out that the shower holder didn't stay up, so asked to change rooms. Cecilia on reception (even though spoke no English) was quite helpful and showed us a much better room for the same price.

This is a small hotel on the main road between Benidorm and Altea. It's a good bet for single travellers as it gives a significantly lower rate for single occupancy. Location is not ideal if you haven't a car as the main road is very busy. There's a footpath to the beach/town of Albir (about 10 mins) but this is...
