We read the reviews. took earplugs and still found it hard to sleep. we were there less than 2 hours and my daughters case had been opened and ipod MP3 player had gone. reported this immeditaly to the 1 person on the desk and said no speak english . reported next day. had no feedback at all so gave up... more
