We had booked 2 twin rooms at this hotel. Upon checking in we were told there were no twin rooms available and that apparently we hadn't booked them. I explained I had and that I had also called the hotel to confirm the booking and twin rooms the previous week. The lady said she would sort it out for us... more

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to the city. The hotel is in a residential area with a very traditional Spanish feel. The rooms were fairly small, but nicely furnished and the bathroom was exceptional. It had a large mirror, hairdryer, marble effect finishes and the best shower I have ever had - I could have stayed... more
