We have just returned home from San Fermin festival in Pamplona and we were returning guests to this hotel. A big thank-you to Eduardo for taking excellent care of us and also to the rest of staff for their friendly service. This is an excellent hotel that is just out of the town centre with a bus that runs frequently... More

This is a very neat hotel. About 1.5 miles from the center of the city of Pamplona. It has a nice cafeteria that belongs to hotel for snacks, before going to have the small tapas "pintxos" on the center of town.....the bathroom is good . it is located in an open area , all the rooms have open view.

We stayed in the Hotel Albret which we found to be a great value hotel and was spotlessly clean. Well fitted large bedrooms, large firm beds, fridge and great bar and food. Underground parking was 10Euro a day. Its a 15 min walk into old town of Pamplona or you can catch the number 12 bus right outside. As middle... More

If you want to sleep in a in old, soft beds to break your back, if you want to wait for hours for tastless, overpriced food, if you want papers in your room telling wrong information and if you want staff not answering your questions in bad english ... then book this hotel. You will be satisfied!

My husband found this hotel on his trip the year before and I wasn't disappointed. we had a lovely room. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and we parked the Motorbike in the garage underneath. I do wish it was a bit closer to the old town, but you just pop on the no 12 bus which is just... More

We were not troubled by the location as there is a regular no.12 bus into the old part of Pamplona, but we were greeted so rudely by the man in charge of the front desk when we arrived, that unfortunately that coloured our impression of the hotel. He was not helpful, did not want to answer any of our questions eg where to eat... The hotel had everything we needed for a Spanish hotel including decent food in the cafeteria. However, it is a good trek to the city center. If you are here for the Festvial San Fermin it is about a 30-minute walk to the festivities or a 10-euro cab ride. The place will book up for the Festival despite it's far... More

We stayed here during San Fermin and would recommend it. It's about a 30 minute walk to the festival activities and even shorter via bus 12. Very clean, it has one of the most outstanding breakfast buffets you will ever find (though it is pretty pricey). Free WiFi services are available, but are not very reliable (like much of Spain).

The hotel's location is excellent - a few minutes away from the centre but in a quiet area. Parking our rented car was not a problem. We could have used hotel's garage. However we opted to park it in the parking spaces outside the hotel. The receptionists were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room has well sized and spotless, with... More

I've stayed here each of the last two years for the San Fermin and will stay here again. Very clean, American style hotel rooms, air conditioning, great bathroom. Very nice - it is a good 20-30min walk down to the city centre and that is something to think about for the morning encierro, but it is very quiet and a... More
