Stayed during the fiesta. The hotel, like all others, had pretty much doubled the prices. The hotel felt like a very aged business hotel. Rooms were visibly in need of a refurb and not very clean. Location is also not great, need a cab to the centre. I won't stay here again and can't recommend it.

I love in Pamplona for some years long time ago, so I know the town and its people. Let me tell you that this hotel reflects very well the Navarra way: friendly people, proud to be having you as a guest, with great food even it its a hotel. The facilities are not fancy but still very good; the location... More

The hotel is not near town. Like other many other hotels in Spain for some reason they think people who stay in rooms with separate beds want their beds right next to each other, with no space whatever so ever, very strange! My pillow case had a blood stain on it, they need to bleach their sheets better.

Stayed at this hotel during the Bull Run. its a little way out from the action, a good 25 minutes walk on the way there and a good three hour wobble on the way back from the town centre. The room was spacious enough and very clean and tidy. WIFI access was complimentary and worked as well as any other... More

This hotel met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable and spacious, as well as including bathroom supplies; however, breakfast was not included. We stayed in Pamplona for two nights to attend the San Fermin festival (running with the bulls) and found the hotel to thankful be in a quiet part of town - cos you'll need it! This meant... More

We stayed here during the first few days of the San Fermin Festival. The town was a madhouse, but the hotel was far enough away from the town center that we were not affected by the chaos and mayhem. However, it is close enough that we walked to the festivities, bull ring, course for running of the bulls, etc., several... More

Had 6 days here during San Fermin. Great location as its a 20 min walk into the old city so was quiet during this very busy time. The room was a good size and very clean with a bath/shower. Breakfast was very good with a continental and hot selection. Nice park across the road. Free wifi and use of a... More

The hotel is a bit away from the old town, closer to the university and the hospital area. There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away, or else you can walk to the old town in about 20 to 30 minutes. There is a nice little park across the street, but unfortunately our room was facing the... More

I was a little shocked on arrival as it is really not a 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star maximum I am afraid, a 3 at a push. The staff were great, lovely, I could not fault them. My room felt like a university dormitory, the air con was pathetic and not working to capacity. I was on... More

We had a nice sized room with a view of a park. We were there to visit our daughter who is studying at the University as an International Student. It was close to the university and close to a bus stop, and the bus system is nice in Pamplona. We had no complaints about the room or the staff. We... More
