Just stay one night on our way to Bilbao. The location is good within the old town with easy walk to all attraction. It is a lovely walk on the city wall which is close to the hotel. Parking fee is reasonable. We did not try breakfast in the hotel. Room was good and clean. The check in and out... More

When we arrived at this hotel, the reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful giving us directions to park our vehicle. They recommended sights and restaurants in the area. The room was lovely, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities. The restaurant décor was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for seeing the sights in Pamplona. This is how guests... Lovely hotel situated close to the centre but with enough distance to be quiet. Extremely helpful staff who helped provide us with maps and routes to see all the sites. Rooms very modern and clean. Breakfast was simple but did the job.

The hotel is well situated in the old town with many pintxos bars and restaurants close by. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Our room was a bit tired and dated with scant storage although the bathroom was fresh and clean. We didn't spend much time in the hotel so we really only needed somewhere to get our heads down... We were hiking and stayed for 2 days in Pamplona. The location of the hotel is close to the castel and just a few steps away from the old town, the Plaza Castillo and other attractions. The entrance is very welcoming, and they also have a patio in front of the hotel, which provides a very nice seating during warm... More

In the heart of the old town this hotel is a nice mixture of the old and the new. A spacious reception area and a courteous welcome made our arrival pleasant, and there is a air of a large hotel about The place. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a minimalist decor which works pretty well. The bathroom was... More

We were hiking the Camino de Santiago, and the hotel was able to accommodate 3 of us in one room. The street leading up to the hotel seems decrepit, but the corner where the hotel is, is spacious and clean. The decor is ultra-modern, and surprising. I expected to see some Spanish influence in the decor but did not find... More

Have been here many times before and that tells you how good the place is but one comment I haven’t made about the place you should be aware of is that although in a quiet corner and just off a quiet street, any noise at all from outside you will here in your room if you have one of the... More

Our experience was highly impacted by the incident that happened upon arrival. I booked a suite, as we were celebrating our anniversary. I was very keen in having a non smoking room as I am very sensitive to smells. The first you see when you book under 'features' is precisely it was a smoke free zone. This is one of... More

There are 14 of us paddle biking the Camino, this hotel was awesome in accommodating us. Had secure storage for our bikes. Rooms were excellent. Location was easy to find from the Camino. Highly recommend this hotel. Even went out of their way to help when one of us needed emergency medical help, especially since it was unrelated to anything... More
