We stayed in Pamplona en route to Bilbao and can without hesitation recommend this hotel. For the price it is very good value and excellent quality. The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. They offer an excellent breakfast and it is very centrally placed so very easy to get to all the sights. On arrival the excellent concierge parked... More

Pamplona is a great town although two days is sufficient to see all the sites. This five star Palacio is well situated in the centre of town, leave the car behind as parking is limited and the town is best explored on foot, The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms well proportioned and clean, the beds large and comfortable.... The hotel installations, facilities, location and service are truly five stars in a palacio. The rooms are state of the art. Ours have remote control to operate a curtain/window that is not acessible. The only minor think is that they do not have shampoo, just a general bath gel... Parking is close

This is typical of the Palacios we have stayed experienced in Spain, but probably a little better than most. We had a beautiful, large room and all my requests for bedding were met...something that doesn't always happen, even with more luxury hotels. The staff was lovely and we chose to have breakfast after booking ahead with a discount...something which seems... More

The hotel is a lovely historical building perfectly located in the middle of the town. The location if driving can be tricky as GPS sends you the wrong way. Type in Calle Nueva you will come to a small small square with a fountain on the right the hotel is at the opposite side of the square. Parking is limited... More

This hotel was a gem of a find. It is centrally located in the old city, walking distance to the city hall and main square and restaurants. Pablo, the concierge/porter was fantastic. He took great pride at being from Pamplona and in doing his job. His dining and sight seeing recommendations were spot on for a short trip to this... More

Palacio was wonderful! Actually is a small palace! Room was spacious with beautiful furnishings, and meticulously clean! Very interesting and fun just to tour the hotel. Antiques within the hotel and outside in back courtyard. Comfortable lounge to relax after a day of sightseeing in Pamplona. Also, can be served out in back courtyard. Reception staff is very friendly and... More

This place really did it for me. From the arrival, the incredibly efficient check-in and the personal attention at all times, I was seriously impressed. Basically this place is a bargain for the level of service and attention to details. They parked my car, took my cases up to the room, and even offered a turn-down service where they make... More

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in old Pamplona. The property is exceptional, hyper clean, very pleasant staff, rooms are well-appointed, and the common rooms are furnished with antiques. A small collection of antique carriages are displayed. The location is ideal. This hotel can be recommended without reservation!
