Wow, well we can't say enough, but suffice to state that this hotel has set the bar for its kind, attentive, knowledgeable and generous staff. They took fantastic care of us, providing really great recommendations for cuisine around the city, excursions and local events. The room was exquisite, the bed gigantic and just the right level of firmness. The pixtos... More

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The entrance is grand and it just gets better as you explore the hotel. In parts, it's like staying in a stately home! Rooms are big, comfortable and tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are modern with lots of added extras. Location is perfect for exploring the town. Underground parking nearby meant... More

This is the kind of hotel I like to stay in. Absolute luxury, massive bed, lovely shower, freshly cooked breakfast, very courteous staff. We were on a motorbike road trip, some hotels can be a bit snobby when you turn up in your bike gear, but not here. I would stay again even though I missed not having a gym... More

RIght in the center of town this is indeed a palace and we got a super deal at 109. The palace was tranquil no noise nice rooms. The transport exhibits were nice downstairs. Do take a walk up the main stairs it is worth seing in itself (there is a palaquin up there also),

Like living in a museum buth with modern hotel standard. A special experience. The only minus is how to find the hotel ( our gps was rather confused) and the parking garage. Pamplona is a typical Spanish town, worth a visit. Wonderful hotel!

We were in Pamplano for the Running of the Bulls. Hotel Palacio Guendulain was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location of the historic city center for exploring the walled city. The breakfast was excellent as well. We had an amazing room with a small balcony looking over the square. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is simply a beautiful hotel renovated with taste and I personally felt they have an excellent value/price balance. The historical city center is not very big and the location of the hotel is simply perfect for the evening browsing of all the bars and restaurants It’s hard to add anything new to the previous positive reviews – and I... We stayed in Pamplona en route to Bilbao and can without hesitation recommend this hotel. For the price it is very good value and excellent quality. The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. They offer an excellent breakfast and it is very centrally placed so very easy to get to all the sights. On arrival the excellent concierge parked... More

Pamplona is a great town although two days is sufficient to see all the sites. This five star Palacio is well situated in the centre of town, leave the car behind as parking is limited and the town is best explored on foot, The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms well proportioned and clean, the beds large and comfortable....
