This is a University residence until the summer when they rent the rooms. As such, the standards are high (for the students), with ensuite, microwave and cooking facilities. There is no TV however, but good Internet facilities (free) downstairs.
It is located on the south of Pamplona, cheap for San Fermin and a short (no. 11) bus ride to the centre. There is also a retail park 5 mins drive away, with hypermarket etc. more
