My husband and I recently returned from an Argentinean Tango festival in Cartagena, Spain. We were recommended to stay in Hotel Carlos III and we were not disappointed. This 3 star Hotel is situated in a quiet side road in the centre of town and we had the luxury of walking to most places. The staff were polite, very helpful... more
