This site has apartments, mobile homes that are static and sites for your own mobile home or even tent, The bar and restaurant has a wide variety of food available in the afternoon and evening, the beach is secluded but has a deep shelf so caution should be used when entering and leaving the water. The fish swim close it... More

On our fourth visit we decided to take up permanent residence. We have never regretted it. OK, there are issues, but overall it is a fantastic place to live and to holiday. There are too many cats, both tame and feral, but to be fair, the site pays for a vet to look after them and sterilise as many as... More

This is a jewel of a holiday resort, naturist everywhere, any time. Accommodation is excellent, the facilities are all that you need on a naturist break, beach, lovely pools, well stocked bars, and exceedingly good food in the restaurants. A well stocked mini-mart, with very helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Easy to get to from the airport, collection and... More

El Portus is one of those naturist villages that we have talked about visiting for many years but have never visited - until now. We had arranged a package with Chalfont Holidays and had decided not to hire a car: perhaps this was not the best plan, although we didn't miss out too much during this stay. The use of... More

A year on, and a return visit. Sadly the cats are still in abundance and use the community / kids play area as the toilet. The sun and swimming pool are still excellent. But what happened to the restaurant. Set 3 course meal for 9 euros, Murzia Salad, tinned tuna, tinned Italien Toms, capers and olives. Barely near a true recipe,... More

Muy, muy bien. I really enjoyed my stay. The setting is lovely with mountains on three sides. It is peaceful and blessed with a lovely climate. The restaurant is fantastic for the price. I shall return very soon.

One has to agree with most of both the positive and negative points raised by the previous reviewers. However; I really feel that it is important to add something which cannot be stressed too vigorously .......... the friendliness of the vast majority of those we have encountered here. Regardless of nationality, the staff, visiting trades people or other paying visitors,... More

We visited October 2013 in a motorhome. The weather was excellent (and usually is, it is a reliable climate. ) Plus points: Beach is safe and good, so long as tiny pebbles are OK for you as there is no sand. It is sheltered deep in its own bay. Sea warm. Interesting snorkelling, fish etc. A wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, everyone... More

El Portus has three great things, sun, a good restaurant and excellent outdoor swimming pool. Regretably the loos and showers although clean, are dated, with broken tiles, very public with no hot water for washing, only showering. Plenty of signs regarding preserving water, and then no plugs.Only 1 location for drinking water. The photographs shown on this site must have... More

We have been going to El Portus and every time is a good experience. Pool is great and so is the beach. The girls at the reception are lovely and Mr. Antonio as well (he is the guy that knows everything you should know there). All the staff at the chiringuito are friendly, always wearing a smile, accommodating with alimentary... More
