It's a modern building - no complaints about that - but there are several shortcomings (even if it classidied as 3* only): Insulation is very, very poor: Even if the guest in the room above your floor walks without shoes, you will hear it. The views are very enjoyable and you will be tempted to sit on the balcony and... More

It was a good and decent hotel with excellent view. The room was nice and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was great specially after passing few days in Morocco where the routine breakfast there are pancakes and bread with butter and jam. We reserved new year's eve dinner for 70 euros each, and expected it to be extravagant, but it... More

Located on the top of a hill overlooking Melilla, the hotel has a fantastic view from just about all rooms over the city and bay. View-wise it's probably the best deal in its league in Melilla, most other hotels are lower in the city and thus offer little in this regard. One has to climb up the mountain though after... More

This is a very nice, quiet, and comfortable hotel. The view from the balcony on the 3rd floor is very nice and peaceful over the park. It is a reasonable walk down the hill to the shopping, restaurants, and tapas bars. It has free covered parking, which is very nice for the car--just be sure to set your brake. The... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Parador de Melilla. Both of my visits have been whilst staying on business related travel. My initial opinion of this hotel is that it was incredibly quiet on both occasions. I did not manage to eat anything in the hotel due to my schedule so cannot comment on the food.... More

Here's our review, based on our 8B criteria * Bed - very comfy. * Bedroom - great size. The balcony had great views over to the hills and Morocco, as well as out to sea. It was great to sit in the sun and take it all in. * Bathroom - very good size, with bath and toiletries - and... More

Staggeringly hot...so the reason to have booked this hotel with a pool was a good move. Especially as it is the only hotel with a pool in Melilla. Trouble was the formal notice pool side tells you it is not operational until June. Quite mad. A real disapointment and we hope this review will help others to not fall in... More

This is not the best Parador we have stayed in but was perfectly clean and comfortable. Room had a little balcony with chairs and table with good views out towards the harbour. A/C was a bit temperamental, it seemed to need topping up each morning - the staff were aware of this and sure enough it was cooling well by... More

Ok, so Parador pride themselves on finding an unusual old building and converting it to an interesting and unique hotel. Not this one, a modern four square low rise hotel with all the usual facilities. That said, the location was superb, high on a hill overlooking the town and port, within 10 minutes walking distance of the town centre. Clean,... More
