Not a very nice management team. I asked for a calm room and I had a very noisy one. Don't trust the pictures on the Last Minute Website, the rooms you'll get are small and really not worth 4 stars!! I really think there a many other options in Madrid that are better than this!
I had to pay three rooms , although I had canceled one in advance. I think there are much better options in Madrid for the same price level ( around 100 euros/night)
