We went there for new year' eve and I woke up on the 1st of january with a lot of bites because of bedbugs!!! When I showed it to the receptionist, she didn't listen to me and I had to insist and show a bug to have another room... The manager didn't give me a discount a I had to... More

This hotel has large family rooms which are great for a group. We were a family of five and getting a hotel to accomodate us was a challenge unless we booked two rooms. The room we had here was very spacious and we never felt cramped. AS noted, it is not in the center of town, but only a 10... More

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. This is a nice place but has huge issues. It is really noisy at the weekend and you will struggle to sleep till 3.00 am. The double glazing does not seem to work at stopping sound. It is also really out of the main part of Madrid.. We found that if you... More

This is a fine property in every way. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is excellent and the buffet breakfast was adequate. The only downside of the room is that ours was in the front of the hotel and we were constantly awakened by the taxis arriving, particularly to pick up early morning departees. Make sure you get a room... More

Pros : Beautifully appointed, clean, spacious rooms, helpful, informative staff, location not far from Metro, affordable/reasonably priced, free breakfast* Cons: slight wear and tear in bathroom, poor breakfast, gym completely dysfunctional, no English speaking TV channels (not even anyENglish speaking news programmes) ROOMS I want to start off by saying that I loved this aparthotel overall in spite of its... This hotel was really big, modern, clean and nice. Our room looked like a condo, was a 2-floor room, 2 tvs, and small "living room", and a huge bed downstairs. I enjoyed staying there for four nights! More

The reception had friendly, helpful and English speaking receptionists 24/7. Our arrival at midnight from the airport posed no problem. The sofa bed for my daughter was OK for her, although that's because she's quite small, I wasn't able to sit on it without the springs sinking to the floor. Our beds were better, although two single beds shoved together... More

We stayed with our son in the duplex family suite for a week and in the triple suite for one night. Positives: The hotel was clean and modern, the pool was small but fun (water was cool even in the heat of summer). The rooms were both specious and comfy. In the triple suite, our son loved having his own... More

As many people have already said, spacious rooms, nice staff and bit far. However also echoing another reviewer, the price and the comfort of the room makes up for the distance. Also the metro is so easy to maneuver in Madrid that it really wasn't a big deal at all especially since the metro stop is like 10 minutes walk... More
