Booked this hotel after a bad experience in hotel originally booked, good price for short notice. We were checked into one room and reported that the shower tray was broken and were immediately moved to another room. The hotel was a bit further out but the metro station was at the endof the road so not a major problem. The... More

Stayed for 1 night for the exhibition held in EFEMA last week. Found this hotel provides great value for money while most of other hotels were double the price when the rooms in Madrid were in shortage. The location is less than 5 mins' walk to the underground station. And is about 15 mins' drive to IFEMA. The room is... More

As other people have reported, the hotel is clean, comfy bed, there is a little bar, and restaurant. We only had breakfast which had everything to offer expect cooked food, but there is plenty of choice, fresh fruit salad, cold meats, cheese, toast, yoghurt etc. The Metro is almost on the doorstep and you could buy 10 journeys for about... The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable but fairly small. Bathroom is roomy with a great shower. Breakfast is fairly poor but plenty of it. I found the floor to be squeaky in the two rooms I had. There are no family rooms for 4. The bar closes at midnight which was inconvenient. The area seems to... More

We pre booked this hotel knowing the standard. It was situated close to the metro station and only cost 2 euros per trip. Secure parking, friendly staff , understand English. Good clean &spacious room. Highly recommended.

When you choose a Ibis hotel, you know what you will find. And this is another tipical Ibis. Clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. But it is so far of everything! The metro station Suanzes (green line, n 5) is more or less 2 minutes walking from the hotel, and takes almost 30 minutes to the... More

The hotel is very good, but its more a hotel for business people. I know there are many companies around but for tourists I'd not recommend due the distance to Madrid downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and not many things to see around. But overall the hotel is good and the people from the hotel are very nice, especially the... More
