A reasonably good option for a business trip as rooms are simple with comfortable bed and very little noise in evenings / night. Staff aren't particularly efficient but overall the service was ok. Good free wifi access available for a 4 day period which works for up to 3 devices. The hotel was only really let down by a rather... More

An Ibis hotel like all others. Located in a somewhat desolate suburban office area. At night the area is really quiet. However, in 10 minutes walking one arrives at the shopping area of the Calle de Alcala, with many restaurants. Almost in front of the hotel is a metro stop (Suanzes) which brings someone in 20-30 minutes to the city... More

This is a tipical IBIS hotel. The room and breackfast good both. Nothing to complain and is also close to a Metro station. Spend there a week, unfortunately not on holidays, was a good experience and make my trip to Spain a good one.

We had not planned to be in Madrid but a lost passport meant that we had to go there. This hotel was chosen as it was easily accesible to the A1 back to Bilbao. IBIS hotels are dependable and this did not disappoint. What was really impressive was the customer service. I needed to print things off and the printer... More

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It's not in the city centre but the subway is steps away from the hotel. The staff is great. Even considering that the hotel was pretty full booked because of the Madrid Open Tennis Championship the service were very good.

We booked a service apartment in the city centre, but when we checked in our apartment, they couldn't give us the one that we booked. To complicate things further, we had a mini van which was too high for the public car park. Hence, we decided to stay somewhere away from the centre as the rest of our trip would... More

As all the Ibis hotels this was a very good one, situated just at the beginning of Madrid,in front of a Metro station. If you arrive there at the weekend you will find plenty places to park the car on the street, but not during the week. The hotel is nice, quiet and with the good quality of the Ibis

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and expected it to be of a similar standard of other Ibis hotels that we have stayed at. As soon as we entered the room we were not happy as it had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Both my partner and I do not smoke plus we have a 2 year... More

We chose to stay at this hotel based on reviews and the fact that it was a little out of the way. The room was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The Internet was rather slow on the second floor but that was my only complaint. If you're used to using the metro and like to sleep somewhere quiet... More

This is a fantastic hotel located close to Madrid Barajas airport, if you travel by car, that is, as using the underground would require a couple of changes. However, it is very close to Suanzes station and about 25 minutes away from central Madrid (which explains the incredible price per night). The hotel is a typical Ibis, what can I... More
