Firstly, the hotel is not at the airport: It must be about 6 miles away. If your flight to Madrid arrives at Terminal 1, 2 or 3 you’ll have a 10-minute ride in the shuttle bus to the hotel. If you arrive at terminal 4 it’ll be more like 20-25 minutes, as you’ll swing by the other terminals to pick... more

I used this hotel as purely a stop over between flights - one that arrived late and the other that left early the next morning. The free airport shuttle was wonderful - it was waiting for me as I arrived and the journey was very quick. As others say, the rooms are very roomy with all the bells and whistles... more

I cannot say enough about this hotel. After vacationing in Europe it was like coming home because the rooms were big, there was a fantastic spa like tub, wonderful bed, plenty of towels and pillows, roomy....it was just great! It was also beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was over the top. more

The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The service was good. A very nice hotel all in all. This Hilton property is better than most other Hiltons that I have used in Europe. I will stay here again. The location of the hotel is... more

Superb airport hotel with regular (every 20 minutes) shuttle transfers to/from each terminal. Brilliant staff - all communicate in English extremely well and articulately. Service was excellent, breakfast was by far the best we've ever come across at an airport stop. Hotel is a little way from the city - but you stay here for its proximity to the AIRPORT,... more

Stayed at the Madrid Airport Hilton for two nights en route to Rome and a cruise. Hotel ultra modern, close to airport but inconvenient to Old Madrid. Not sure of our terminal and gate, called the desk for local number of Iberia. After a couple of tries and long hold, was connected to English speaking person. The total cost of... more

We stayed here one night on a before heading into Madrid centre, we were told it was close to the city centre and as we were in town for only a few nights we decided to stay at the hotel as we were booked on the red eye a few days later. Madrid is a long cab ride away, you... more

Transiting from Seville, Spain to Karachi, Pakistan , we chose the Madrid Hilton for the one night stay. Following an early morning check in we soon realized the metro train station was only a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. However the station is the last one on the track and thus it takes 30+ minutes to reach the center... more

This is overall a nice hotel; very modern and clean, with mostly friendly staff. The breakfast is huge and delicious; make sure your rate includes it. Also, be aware that the hotel is located in a very hard-to-find place and isn't on many taxi's GPS systems. But you need to know about a big surprise when you let them call... more

Management response from
Eva Moral, Management Representative

The Hotel has replied personally to this complaint, however we would like it noted that due to the our location, we do not usually have taxis at the entrance, therefore, that is the reason why we call taxis upon request, to make sure that we have a taxi ready for our guests in the shortest time as possible. It is...

We stayed at the Hilton for one as we were flying out the next day. We booked it as a B&B. Hotels is not easily reached from the metro. Ther directions on there web site tell you it is clsoe to the Alameta de Osuna metro stop. What they don't say that it is a good 15- 20 min walk... more
